We recently switched from another local printer/copier solutions company to Copiers Plus. New territory for us is scary as sometimes new hardware has trouble integrating with our practice management system. However, Roger and his team made the entire switch so smooth -- we were shocked. It took no time at all, there was zero downtime, and everything works BEAUTIFULLY!Roger is also very responsive, personable, and you can tell he takes his job seriously when it comes to client satisfaction. He is knowledgeable and was able to determine our exact needs for new equipment. We couldn't be more pleased -- if you are looking at switching, we recommend Copiers Plus!

Roger Miller has been great to work with since before we switched over to Copiers Plus. His follow up was personable yet to the point without being pushy and salesman like. He does a great job communicating in a timely manner and having effective communication when it comes to what you will get when you switch to Copiers Plus. Our equipment is easy to use. We had one small issue that was quickly resolved and Roger followed up afterwards to ensure it was fixed and we were happy. You won't regret switching to Copiers Plus with Roger!

So far, so great. Our company swapped printers to Copiers Plus about a month ago, and all locations are highly satisfied. We have our designated specialist, Roger, which makes things much easier than calling a 1-800 number. We are pleased with our new machines and the service that comes with them.
