Check-in with the front desk and doing medical was great! Everyone had a good attitude even the doctor until I went to the physical fitness section where this young Hispanic girl, look like she between 21 to 24, was there. Her attitude and behavior is unacceptable toward customers. She portray an attitude like she hate her job or she don’t want to be there. Leave your mood and feelings at home because customers don’t care about them, or find another job because someone out there ready to take your position. we come for the company’s service or assessment. Other from that it was great going there.

I have been to Concentra for various reasons. Sometimes there is a wait. However, the staff are friendly and helpful. The physical therapist are wonderful and willing to help. They are not overbearing or pressure you into PT if it hurts.

The wait times are absolutely absurd, and they have been for YEARS!! Clearly, you need to change how things are done so they're more efficient and patient friendly. My wait time was so bad this time, I quit my job so I wouldn't have to sit there anymore.

My doctor is absolutely amazing and of course I do not remember her name. Every time I come in, everyone is so polite and welcoming. Being that I live two hours away, I wish we had a Medical facility like this where I live!

Receptionist was so nice and helpful, the nurse was very professional, overall great staff.

Wait time was extremely to long with only 5 people in waiting room. Made no sense to sit at facility for 3-5 hours. Once got in back it only took 15 minutes for them to do exam.

Took over three hours for a DOT physical. You need more healthcare providers.
