This CIRCLE K HAS ONE NASTY ATTITUDE CASHIER . HER NAME IS SHANEICA AS SHE STATED. DECEMBER 16TH I WAS IN THE STORE CASHING IN MY LOTTERY TICKETS AND STATED TO HER I WOULD LIKE ANOTHER LOTTERY TICKET AND the reminder in cash. She already had a nasty attitude.. no pleasan smile to the customers, she had her friend in the store standing on the side and what cashier look professional with a book bag on their back and her friend walking in and out to their car. She refused to sell me anymore lottery tickets because she said I cursed her... She said it's on camera and her manager would back her. She made the statement to the young man behind me asking him wasn't he before me. He said no and my grandkids were witness to the whole situation. I'm going to contact the corporate office about the rudiness of this cashier on McArthur rd in Fayetteville NC. I'm going to follow up with her manager because that store has two rude cashier's. They act like they are there for a job but customer service is very important to keep customers coming back. I meet one pleasant cashier he smiles and is very good at keeping customers coming back.

This is the worst circle K in the area and is literally the newest. Half the has pumps are "out of order" every time I have stopped here. The inside always seems to be dirty, the fountain drinks only seem to work half the time and the slushy machines never work. I will drive out of my way most of the time just to go to a different circle K.

No water in any of the squeegee containers. I stop here a lot and they are always empty. Please fix this.

It is literally always dirty at this location. The drink stations are unsanitary and disgusting. The floor is always sticky and filthy. The employees are more interested with hiding in the back room than ensuring that they are doing their job correctly. The manager for this location is never present nor do they hold the employees accountable for their sloppy work. In short, this location is a petri dish of bacteria and illness with subpar employees that simply do not care. I'm quite sure they expect to be paid though.

Lying to customers about the status of their fuel pumps during the fuel shortage, stating first that they weren’t allowed to turn them on until tomorrow per the manager, but then deciding that story wasn’t good enough and switching to saying the pumps are broken and they can’t turn them on.

Very lousy customer service.Especially Cold females on night crew. The shrubs look nice tho.

Push the third button down on the screen to silence the ads. Pumps only work half the time. Crime is common here.

After 11:00 pm service is 20 times worse than regular service! If you're going to have a window open instead of having the store open have two people working. It's that simple!

Service can be slow and the employees aren't the nicest. The inside closes at 11pm and you have to wait at the window, which is a pain.
