The prices of the bottles of wine and small boxes that are listed ring up much higher an the clerks won't do any thing about it except for on nice girl that's misleading an false advertising if it says it's 5.99$ then is shouldn't be 10.99$

One of the employees was accusing these 2 little black boys of being w this guy who stole a drink. They weren't anywhere near or around the guy. I hate seeing stuff like that. On top of that the machinery was acting up and the line was long.

Great to see security guards that are onsite & attentive @ the 24 hr Circle K's!! During the pandemic they took them all away & probably saw a drop in police involved incidents @ the "rougher" gas stations but it was a huge inconvenience for those of us who get off late, forgot something for a kids lunch box, 5am RedBulls.. lol. Those of us that do no harm & are grateful to again be able to to have the luxuries of having stores to stop at; with the additional bonus of safety & a sense of security! Kudos to Circle K for implementing security guards into their stores that need it most! ~SteF (DyLs Wife)

The experience was horrible. I was charged for something that I didn't even buy. They charged me for a bag of ice and that's all I wanted to pay for was gas. Also when I said something about it, I wasn't refunded my money. Not only that, the staff was very, very, very rude and unprofessional. No customer service skills whatsoever. Also I have yet to get my money from what I did not buy. I did not purchase a bag of ice so I don't understand why I was charged for a bag of ice plus my gas. Also the representative that y'all have working and that store needs to be fired immediately. Seriously y'all need help that bad that y'all have to hire people with terrible attitudes and terrible customer service skills?? You need to hire anybody. You need to hire me. Someone that's respectful and will understand the customer. Try to resolve the issue but instead you have custom customers being challenged by the customer service representatives or clerks. Is not right. They don't listen to the customer and the problem. They're so quick to have an answer for something that they don't even know the details of what's going on before they open their mouth to say anything to resolve. It is just horrible. I hope the owner sees this. Definitely definitely need to do better with the people that you hire seriously

I really hope management reads the review for the Kangaroo on 971 Glensford Dr. I have worked in customer service over 36 years. I visited this store for the first time today, and will not return. The representative was nasty,and has no customer service skills at all. I asked about any type of fuel rewards program, and she said do you have a discount card. I replied no she was impatient so i didnt inquire further,so if this is a program for your store you need a new representative selling it. When using my card I was unable to remember my pin, which of course is my error. Then I asked how can I bypass and just do credit since I never type in a pin. The representatives response was read I mean everything is on the screen in front of you mamn. However displayed on the screen was enter pin without any instructions to bypass. So I had to guess, meanwhile she is still sitting there with not assisting at all. Finally I just tried the pin again without any other options from the representative and was able to pay. I will also be sharing my experience with the upper level management team.

Brittany Store Manager is a FAKE ACCOUNT. It’s a catfish spreading someone’s personal number around for ill intent, if you go to their page you’ll see their name is GIOVANNI HERNANDEZ. The reason the name is Brittany store manager is because he doesn’t know the last name of the employee (WHO DOESNT EVEN WORK HERE). It’s a fake name please report that account.The real number for the manager is the number listed for the store, you can reach the manager at any time between 5am-3pm Monday through Friday. The picture included is taken from their account of a review they posted.
