This is worse circle K I've been to ever ! Everytime I get off of work .. usually after 8pm and always the weekends..there is a nasty hateful older white woman there. She is hateful to ALL customers..I have seen her do the same to other employees..She doesn't need to be here if she can't control her attitude because it's very clear she doesn't know how to work withe public ! I have called to complain about her and another employee has messaged the supervisor and she refuses to return my calls or contact me. This is absurd! I guess circle K doesn't give a damn about their customers just the money. And to hear customers threaten employees and nothing being done and everything is on camera. Yes I was there ..what's going on with this ? They only have a security guard at night ..the last one was old man who was selling generic tennis shoes outside his car in the parking lot ?idk what kind of security that was but now they have a guy there who likes to be on his cell more than watching what's going on ..but my major complaint is the nasty hateful disrespectful old woman. She needs to be fired before you lose business or want to continue to receive bad reviews..as I see nobody cares anyways..but I'd love to be notified by a district manager not the idiot of this store !

Hey, Circle K I visit this Store today for the first and last time I Went in feeling good come out Feelin like I Was Back In Jersey My Anxiety at 100 % because Ms.Angie is so ghetto disrespectful mean Nastiest customer service I have ever experienced in my life and she wasn’t even the one who was at the register taking my order She was Yelling Sooo loud & Rude All because the young Man made a Mistake with the pump I requested the guy seemed to be Very Uncomfortable at the constant yelling & Mean Aggressive talk from Ms.Angie He looks scared & aggravated I’m Concerned for this whole team that has to deal with Ms.Angie this weekend,loud POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Experience Ever this is not the way you handle people I couldn’t even get through my purchase without asking her Is she Alright there’s no way she should be working with the type of energy She brings the customers and coworkers not to mention when I left the store and went out to get gas. Other customers that were coming behind me said that Miss Angie still was talking BADLY About me which proves that she cannot be Professional after one leaves out the store completely and She still going on and on now to other customers that’s poor poor customer service. She needs a class on how to deal with customers,How to deal with customers, and how to deal with coworkers Customers Don’t wants to hear that, I didn’t do anything to this Woman I was Literally concerned & I Pray Ms.Angie does Better Sooner than later she really got into an altercation with 2 customers back to back like Really it’s Friday Have a Great Weekend Crazy lady

Horrible wheelchair accessibility!! I'll keep this simple. I'm wheelchair bound and rarely complain about businesses that have terrible wheelchair accessibility because I understand the cost associated with making the changes. If a business is not easily accessible, I just take my business somewhere else. However, in this instance, the clerk was so rude, loud and was talking so much with customers, while we're waiting to be served and on top of it all, this Circle K wheelchair accessibility just irritated me so much that I had to post a review. But forget about the loudest employee I've ever encountered, it's about wheelchair accessibility 1. I had to get gas, after I took my wheelchair out, I looked and there's no entrance ramp, at the front of the store, I had to roll all the way to the end of the business, I had to actually avoid cars, to get to the ramp that's located all the way at the side of the business 2. Once inside the store, the setup of store doesn't allow me to even get in line. I had to go outside the line area because I couldn't fit behind the next customer. While paying, I quickly mentioned the delimima and expressed this while my credit card was being processed for payment and the clerk was talking so much that she put my gas in the wrong pump, which I didn't realize until I was all the way back at my car to pump my gas. I was so irritated because I had to go all the way back into the store to tell the clerk of her mistake. She was nice and sorry about the mistake and rectified the issue however I just won't ship there anymore and advise wheelchair users to avoid this business because it's not wheelchair friendly.
