Absolutely horrible customer service. Service has went downhill bad. Items are always missing and they act like they are bothered when you address an issue. Bad attitudes in person and on the phone. Do not recommend at all.

Extremely disappointed with how this Chick Fil A is being ran. We placed an order for pick up through the chick fil an app last Saturday. Upon getting home, we realized one of our bowls was missing. We called immediately and were passed around from person to person. No one apologized for what happened at all and acted like we were a bother. Finally one lady said she would refund the bowl. We asked how we would get confirmation of that and she said it would be on our bank account in a few days. Well days later ..the charge has cleared, and of course she lied add did not refund the bowl at all. I then called again today, and left a voicemail since no one answered. Did they bother to call me back? No! So I submitted my feedback as usual in the app since they have been providing terrible service lately. The solution? A free bowl in the app. So they want me to come back to the store but steal from me and refuse to refund my bowl that was not received. Be very careful and make sure all your stuff is in the back before you drive off. The employees used to be so pleasant..now they just don’t care and have no accountability. Went back through last night for a frosted lemonade and Sunjoy..of course they forgot the straws again..and when I asked for them..the girl with the long orange/res braids acted like I was bothering her. Service has gone severely downhill.

Even in the rain these young lads are amazing. Aniesha provided excellent service with a smile and showed me how to get what I want and save a few pennies. Then she gave me a card that stated I brightened get day with a personal note on the other side. Guys, please be kind wherever you go. You never know how your one act of kindness will bless someone. My food came out fast, hot and cooked all the way through. Grilled nuggets and lake crunch salad? Great service, Great food, Great job Bob Bangs Chick-fil-A Ramsey st.

Went through drive thru. The attendant didn't scan my reward card. When I asked she said I could scan my receipt. I received my order. Drove off. I have 30 minutes for lunch. Went to ear sandwich and it had cheese on it. Had to go back inside and get the sandwich I ordered. Ramsey Street you have to do better.
