The customer service was horrible. I ask the employee to show me the other color of the shoe that I was going to buy and he tells me that he did not have another color, only the one that is on the counter, I tell him that I came two days ago and another employee showed me another color of shoe and he still refused to go check anyway. I just left the store and bought it online directly with Brooks. Very disappointing.This happen on february 20 at 11:00AM at Cross Creek Store, Fayetteville, NC.

Staff was welcoming and talked alot with me and my friends. We talked about shoes and overall made the experience nice. Would definitely go again.

They wouldn't let me refund the shoes I got from foot locker, even though Champs and foot locker are connected on the same system if you didn't know. We asked the manager why she was acting so ghetto and rude.

Wasn't what we were looking for. Comes up when you Google "sporting goods stores" but it's really just a clothing store. No actual sporting goods sold here.
