Cashwell’s is well known around these parts for appliance parts. This is the second time I’ve have a range burner go out. The first time was at least a decade ago, back then it was easy peasy, the part was in stock and it was an easy plug and play. This time my part (radiant burner, a little more complex) was on backorder everywhere. Allen went above and beyond to locate the part outside of his suppliers. You don’t find businesses like this too often anymore. Shop local!

Customer service here is horrible. Bald guy working the counter acted like he was disinterested in selling me a 300+ microwave lol wouldn't even get off his stool to go look and make sure it wasn't in stock in the back.

I'd like to express my gratitude and appreciation to an employee who helped myself and my 77 year old mother even though she wasn't there. The thing is, we live in Bladen County, approximately 30 miles from the store. The price was just a little more than what I had, even with my VA. discount (which is awesome also).Thank you Justin

The worst customer services I ever seen rude to the customers won't even try to help. Went some where else an got the dryer belt in 2 minutes. Where they couldn't do any thing with out model number . this place is a joke !!!
