We broke our drive train on our RV. AAA couldn't help, but we were lucky enough to find Carter's. As scared as I was to have a 30 foot RV towed, he knew what he was doing and took us to our destination with no problem. Also a very nice man and very smart. I would recommend them to anyone! Carter's Towing is gives you great service and really gives the services that you ask for. He gives you the truth up front. He has Integrity and honesty. Mr. Carter and his son came to the site where my truck was broke down and gave me options of what he could do to see if it was major work or minor work that could be done. It was raining that day and he still came out and did the trouble shooting of my truck. Then, he told me up front how long it may take to get to it because, he only work on one vehicle project at a time so your vehicle will not be just setting. We they came and towed it. I had already talked to him about the extra work, that I wanted done. So, he replied lets get the truck running first. So, he found me another engine for a great price. He then took the punch list that I had for the extra work to be done. He gave me recommendations on the list. From start to finish, he would text me or send a video of the work completed from the Install of the engine to the new lights Install. He did the work in phases and when he would complete a phase, he would text or call to let me know the cost and we would meet to pay for that phase. He was just so down home and honest with me. I had told him that I didn't know anything about engines. So he explained everything he had done to my truck before I paid him for each phase. He never asked for extra money. His word is his bond. He would contact me before he would any extra work, If we had not discussed It. If he had to go out on a vehicle recovery or something. He would give a text to let me know that the timeline had changed. He takes his craft personally.Services: Special vehicle towing

Awesome business!My brother’s truck was stuck on the side of 95 and he came so fast to our rescue! Reasonably price and allowed my brothers truck to stay at his shop till we could have it picked up to take back home. I have a quad axle Mack dump truck. These guys showed up in less than half an hour after I called and pulled out my stuck truck with no problem and no damage. Quick service and very professional and great price. Thank you Carters

We broke down right off of 95, about an hour from home. Thank goodness Carter’s was the first place we called because they had the tow truck there in less than 10 minutes, towed us back to the shop (with our two dogs as well) and replaced the alternator in less than an hour. They were SO sweet and helpful and the price was excellent too. If I could give them 6 stars, I would!Service: Car towing

I am on the way to work, a few days ago and my car runs out of gas in the middle of a three lane road on hwy87!! It was a very dangerous situation! While I'm out on the side of the road Trying to flag cars so they don't hit my car, CARTERS TOWING shows up! he just happened to be passing by. This man pulls over and offers to put my car on his roll back. CARTERS TOWING, took me and my car to the nearest gas station! I am so thanking for this towing company!

This company went above and beyond for us. They moved our shed.long story short. It would not fit thru my gate. He cut my fence and dig up the post that was deep in the ground. He told me exactly what to do to put our fence back together.If you need something moved. This is who you want to use .

My sister bought a shed for my mom and had Carters towing delivered to saint pauls, they are awesome and very nice and from start to finish it was only an 1 1/2 hours. They also put it on bricks for my mom and made sure it was flush with her other shed. Stranded on I-95 on Sat over 87 miles from my destination. Insurance company was useless for being able to get a tow & the first 4 google tows were all of unavailable to answer, unwilling to help, & a couple were outright rude & snobby. Left vehicle and got a ride. Went back on Monday with a rented car hauler. Had a nightmare of time getting car on trailer....called Carters and they were there to assist within 30 mins. SUPER FRIENDLY, OVERLY HELPFUL, AND FANTASTIC PRICE!! Cannot THANK them enough for saving my a--! Wished i had gotten Carters number on Sat. Would recommend them anytime! I have drove Truck for years I had a bad time with something off the road and took out air lines called Carter’s they came when they said and was very professional and took care off my Peterbuilt and got it to the shop glad I called them nice people and very helpful thanks again Mr Carter
