My stay on 1/13/23 I was in Room 107 was not good at all, no trash can, it smell like smoke, no hot water. The linen and towels were was dirty, the ceiling is a mess, the light fixtures wires was hanging. Also the tv is leading on the table. When I whip down everything and It was so much dirt? I paid $65.00 for a messy and dirty room? I didn't even stay until the next day I couldn't So I will write to whoever to get my money back on this poor service.So my friend had left is name and number at the hotel worker to discuss if he can get the room together and looking good. It's his own business he does excellent work.This is here in Fayetteville NCThank youMs. Johnson

Roach infested. Got in my bags. You can see them outside in the driveway. Needs fumigation in the worse way. Going ro complain to health dept.

Live here off and on for two years me and my wife never had any probably with the owner or the staff dee the owner was always polite in anytime we needed anything always helped us in the housekeeper would always make sure we had everything we needed everyday and for all these people talking about bed bugs and roaches like I said I stayed there 2 years off and on and never had no problems with no bed bugs might have seen a few roaches every now and then but not no bed bugs and dee is a very respectable elderly man I seen some girl on here talking about he only likes Street girls that man is very respectful to everybody

The manager is very rude and disrespectful and when I was coming to check out I came back with my room door open with all my personal belongings in the room and someone could’ve stole them and he just opens the room door without asking and walks in.

The guy that runs the motel will catch a attitude if a girl is not one of these girls out here in the streets cuz he wants one of those girls or any girl he sees he also have roaches and bed bugs in that place so bad and everything is falling apart if not worth to stay there

Clean and comfortable, staff is pleasant and proffessional. When we checked in the TV in the room was scratched, I immediately had my husband report it to tge office, the manager came right down with the housekeeper to check it out and the housekeeper said ut had been that way when the last guest left. The manger apologized and said he was moving us to a different room. Honestly i has been prepared for a hassle to say the least, but he was very nice about it all, very polite and friendly and stopped to check on me a few hours later because he noticed my door was partially open. AND the housekeeper is really nice and does a great job!

Didnt have a problem with the owner, size of the room or things working, but there are bed bugs. Lots of bed bugs, you will get bit everynight, not healthy not good, I got bit over 80x and they were also seen on the bed, bed bugs are vectors for disease. Bad, bad ,BAD.
