“Had an amazing experience renting a car from National. The representative, Tron, made the process so smooth. We reserved the car online and picked it up at the Fayetteville Airport. The process was fast and efficient. The Audi Q4 was so nice I didn't want to give it back.After returning the car, I realized I left my work parking permit stuck on the inside of the windshield. I called back up there and Tron answered the phone on the first ring. He came back out and unlocked the car for me to retrieve my permit. He was kind, knowledgeable, and polite through thr whole process. Thank you Tron and National Car Rental.”

“My experience was great. The counter is located in the airport right across from baggage claim so it was very convenient. The front desk clerk was friendly and professional. The vehicle was very clean, inside and out, smelled fresh, and was only 2 years old so very reliable and dependable. I had no issues with my vehicle and drop off was easy with the dropbox located at the counter.”

400 Airport Rd, Fayetteville“I seen previous reviews and was so skeptical in renting from Hertz, but I am the type of person that need to see myself. We needed a vehicle from 12/30/22-1/02/23. I was speaking/working with karie. She’s the supervisor there, and she gave me a great experience. She educated me on how their service works, provided all details rather my husband and I was using a debit or credit card (we ended up using a credit card). She just all around was great. Karie kept a positive attitude the whole time, very patient with me since this was my first time, plus pervious reviews against them, and her just being a great all around person for this company. We got the 2022 Chrysler Pacifica. It was very nice, spacious, very clean, the vehicle did have a full tank. I had no issues with the vehicle, no damages, my family and I was very safe. We had the vehicle back a hour or two before our scheduled drop off. Everything was back to how we got it, clean, full tank, no damages etc. The customer service agent there at drop off was Johnathan, he made the drop off great and smooth. My husband let him know where we put the vehicle at, gave Johnathan the keys, we got our receipt and that was it. He was very positive, had a positive attitude! Because of them we will be renting from Hertz again.Again I’ve seen the reviews against them, not sure if they were all legitimate complaints. My personal experience was great and they definitely deserve these 5 stars!”
“I requested an 8 passage vehicle. Was reassured the day I made reservation that would be no problem. The day before I picked up vehicle I was also reassured I would get an 8 passenger vehicle. The next day when I picked up vehicle it was never told to me that I got a 7 passenger vehicle instead. It was after I got home that I noticed it was a 7 passenger ford expedition. It was told after I called back they couldnt get an 8 passenger. Everything else was ok.
When I got back from vacation I was called and spoke to a person. They did give me a discount on the rental after we talked. I do appreciate the effort to ease my disappoint.”
