I'm very displeased with how I was just treated as a long time customer of this pharmacy. I waited patiently in line. The lady working the drive thru decided it was okay to attempt to take a man that walked up after me when another lady came from the back and said "I'll take whoever is next". I spoke up to say that I was next and that l was standing in line; which wouldn't have been too bad but she (the lady from drive thru) then apologized for what happened as if I were wrong and gave him his prescriptions before the man that was in front of me.

Fast and friendly service depending on the pharmacist. The girls in the front are always great! There is only one pharmacist that will not do anything extra, or accommodate you in any way. I choose to give the business 4 stars because I've never had an issue before her. She has to be fairly new. No need for the other members of their team to loose their shine because of one bad apple. Still love this pharmacy, wouldn't change unless my job travels, they accommodate and transfer my meds because they know I'll be back When my assignment is over. ( they accommodate my work life well)

Love the quick service and down home feel. Don't want to go anywhere else! Other pharmacies are like a meat market.

I have been having issues with trying to locate a specific RX to get filled …. There is a NATIONWIDE SHORTAGE on this particular RX. I have been a patient with Cape Fear Discount …. My home store basically advised me to call my MD and see if there’s another medication I can use until my medication is back in stock…. SMH… I call this pharmacy - and KEVIN took charge !!!! He let me know the status of the medication …. Put me on hold less than a minute… and came back to tell me he would text me when they were ready!!!!!!!!! I have called OVER 42 PHARMACIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am now going to switch my “home store”…. KEVIN IS A KEEPER!!!!!!!! Did I mention I have been out of my medication for 7 days????????? Every day calling 10-15 pharmacies to check on statuses!!!!! KEVIN - u r my God-send!!!!

Quick and prescriptions are always ready. Pharmacist and staff always provide professional customer service with a smile. Better than the attitudes and no meds ready at our popular pharmacies anyday!

My very first prescription experience isn't going well at all. I thought by leaving a big chain pharmacy, it would simplify things and generally improve the experience. Well...currently, I'm playing middleman with my provider after they failed to see 1 of the 2 prescriptions that was sent. I informed my provider what I was told and he sent them another script that I was told they didn't get. Afterwards, I followed up with the pharmacy to make sure they received it. Turns out, they had both prescriptions all along. Instead of apologizing and acknowledging that they made a mistake, I'm given poor excuses and told to wait till Monday unless my provider works Saturday's. Fortunately, my provider is awesome and a team player. I let him know about the new problem that was conjured up and has already reached out to Cape Fear this evening. Best case scenario..I get a call in the morning. They apologize and tell me everything is fixed and they're going to have my prescription delivered to me immediately because they wasted my lunch break and gas traveling across town in traffic for an incomplete order. They would also personally apologize to my provider for making him do twice the work for the problems they created. Do I think this will happpen? Judging by today...of course not! Either way, I will follow up on this post...good or bad.Update: I picked up my prescription with no problems. As far as I know, this is the extent of it.
