Left oil plug loose, vehicle leaked oil. Also you and see where they placed oil filter on battery casing and didn't bother to clean the mess up, never had service like that here before. Didn't seem apologetic when I notified them of what happend.

11/16/2023Once again, I had an amazing experience with Cadillac of Fayetteville all thanks to Teri in Service and the staff. Teri always goes above and beyond to provide professional and courteous customer care. She always addresses all of my concerns and provides information in a timely manner. Thank you Teri and staff for the continued excellent service an experience.Teri in Service was excellent. She is the best Service personnel at the Dealership. Over the years of going there to get my vehicles serviced, Teri has always kept me informed and ensured that my automobile was serviced above my expectations.

Torry was an excellent salesman with only the utmost professionalism. No sugar coating just straight talk and I appreciated that. Was I expecting a wrangler from a Cadillac dealership, no, but you guys had it and I could not be happier. Sincerely thank you for your hospitality. 5/5 would recommend.

The purchasing process of my new to me 2012 CTS-V went flawless! Torrey Mills a unique and excellent salesmen greeted me as I parked. That typically comes off as pushy however Torrey's kind greeting told me i was at the right place. He immediately went to work on the offer i purposed, i knew at that moment Torrey stood beside me as his customer. He was more than willing to wait after hours to allow me to purchase this car. He offered my family water, spoke to my children. Torrey went as far as saying bye to each kid as we left. Torrey was dressed professionally in a full suit which also told me he was a professional and owned his craft. On behalf of my family we would like to thank Torrey for customer service and professionalism.

Service was good and I was able to look at some XT6s while I waited. But they don’t clean your car anymore? That’s why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I also liked the cup cakes except the chocolate ones but my husband or mother would eat them.

Absolutely one of the most professional business experiences I have had. Torrey, my salesman was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and honest, truly a man of good character. The entire process was seamless and the dealership was very willing to work within my financial means. Cadillac of Fayetteville has us a very adept team.

When you're blessed to own and drive the car of your dreams, you want to do what it takes to keep you happy while keeping the vehicle running in tip-top order. That includes finding the right oil change location. I found it here! The customer service waiting area was like being greeted with a huge hug. No really, The massage chair literally hugged me and wouldn't let me go... and I wasn't quick to let it go either. After the massage ?♀️ I was able to help myself to a hot cup of coffee. Enjoyed it! ? But What really caught my eye was, not just the waiting area, and the oil change but the complementary car wash and.. as if that wasn't enough... someone gifted me with a Cadillac- Cupcake ?. There it was, nice and neatly boxed ? waiting as if it was my birthday ? If you guys keep this kind of service up, I'll be tempted to get my oil changed more often than needed! Thanks guys... and thank you Steve Pierre and Ursula ?

I brought in my Escalade today because my military ID slid under the dash (under the radio). After about 15 minutes, the service technician and the services department representative came towards me with my keys AND my ID!!! ? Free of charge!! The technician was candid and down to earth. I asked if they were sure that I don’t owe them anything, the technician assured me it only took a couple minutes of his time (easy find) and that we’re good!Excellent service and if I could give that man a raise and a tip, I would! I’ll see y’all in a month for my oil change! :)

I had my Cadillac serviced for first oil change. The staff was very pleasant and helpful! I received a courtesy car wash and the inside vacuumed (this was a pleasant surprise. A chocolate cupcake was waiting inside the car. My favorite ?! Also my salesman KJ is awesome and reliable.

Cadillac of Fayetteville does a great job maintaining my Cadillac XT5. They always take me in properly and report any additional items that need to be addressed to me, with an explanation, prior to completing the service. The waiting area is also very clean and comfortable. Terrie, at the service department is desk great! I have had nothing but good experiences with Cadillac of Fayetteville.

Wonderful experience! Visiting from out of state and clearly something wrong with my car. Long story short they figured it out and all is right again. Much appreciate Steve Sherman working us into the schedule as it turned out to be a brake issue. Phil is adorable! And Curtis is a great ambassador for your business! My appointment was a very good experience. I was given information about what was wrong with my car. I was quoted a price for the repairs. Terri from Cadillac of Fayetteville was very helpful. She communicated with me and was helpful and knowledgeable. She is an excellent people person!! They did an excellent job repairing my car and everyone was pleasant and welcoming.
