Love love love this place! Have difficult time finding shoes that fit. They carry beautiful shoes in larger and wide sizes. If they don't have them in your size they will try and find them at other retailers. Definitely will be back.

They had different styles. I personally didn't find heels that I liked, they all looked like they were old style.

Stopped in to buy a quick pair of socks. Walked in grab them then stood in line for almost 20 minutes for them to check 2 other people out in front of me. The other employee is just roaming back-and-forth not doing anything to assist anyone. Customer service is something they need to work on.

Taay of store 272 was very helpful with assisting my children and I with selecting shoes. She was patient with my children in finding their shoe sizes. Based on our experience we will definitely be back, unfortunately we did not find the particular shoe in the sizes we needed but she searched other stores unknowing to me and before we left she made sure to locate us in the store and inform us that the shoes were available in the sizes we were looking for at the mall and she offered to call the store to hold them for us. Instead of having to leave the store and disappoint my children her initiative to go above and beyond allowed me to get the shoes the kids wanted and needed for school!!!! TAAY thank you for excellent customer service!!!!

Was looking for affordable shoes for my kids for a wedding event, every place I walked into was way overpriced. Glad to have walked into here I will be a returning customer, Burlington shoes is also part of shoe department however they both carry a little bit of different shoes
