I worked for the company for a little over a month, and I literally only had two shifts there before I was let go. I tried to get them to work with me on my scheduling with my other part-time job, however, they wouldn’t do so. I never knew what my schedule was because the Kronos app wouldn’t let me login, and it took the longest time for them to even troubleshoot it. Schedule for days that I didn’t even know about because they didn’t even contact me to tell me what my schedule was since I couldn’t access what my work schedule was. At the end of April, a woman by the name of Khristian called me to tell me that my other job is giving me more hours that I should just stay over there. I have to cover my store.“ That was an unprofessional way of terminating me as well as saying that I missed multiple shifts. Two shifts because I was sick legitimately, but the rest were because I didn’t even know that I was scheduled for them. They continuously called by emergency contact for reasons unbossed to me because it wasn’t a situation of an emergency. That’s the purpose of having an emergency contact. The pay isn’t good on top of that. I don’t have a personal issue with anybody in that store except her because of how she went about addressing it. I would never work for that particular location ever again while that particular woman was still employed there. It’s just that simple.
