Robert our salesman was great. Nothing negative about him. What I will say is their furniture is cheap cheap cheap, terrible quality. We’ve had our couches for just barely 2 years. Forget about their stupid warranty. I’ve been trying to get a repair through the warranty company and they make it an extremely difficult process. I put in the claim about two months ago and still have not had my couch fixed. I will never shop here again. I will certainly tell my friends and family to not shop here either.

I can not say enough wonderful things about the store and the wonderful staff! Blue and Ace were amazing! I will be going to Bullards for all my future furniture needs! Amazing prices and a huge selection! 10/10 recommend.

Recently purchased a new Living Room Set From Bullard's Furniture, Cornell was my Salesman, it was a pleasure working with him and Ace. Furniture was delivered Tuesday, October 24, 2023. Both delivery guys were very professional also. My wife and I have purchased there before and always received great Customer Service, however, God took my wife to a much better place and she is not suffering now and was a little hard going there by myself to purchase new furniture. But everything went great. Would recommend Bullard's to anyone looking for new furniture.

Mr Cornell is who you should request! He is not a pushy salesperson but will adequately guide you towards what you're looking for. He truly listens to your ideas and thoughts but again, does not pressure you. Bullard furniture is a great spot in Fayetteville for quality and still affordable furniture. If Rooms To Go or Ashley aren't your vibe, check out Bullard for better options. You won't be disappointed.

We are very glad we went to Ballard's. We could not have had a better experience. We worked with Frank who listened to what we wanted and got us the recliners that fit our needs. He was not pushy and allowed us to take our time and make the right decision. When the recliners were delivered the gentlemen were polite and respectful. The recliners were exactly what we wanted and look great in our living room. From start to finish the whole shopping experience and purchase could not have gone better.
