Jesse was absolutely amazing. He helped me get a phone and explained everything. He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Definitely going back to upgrade my phone soon.

Went to the store on 2pm sat November 25.2023 the door was locked .noone is was in the store... Sign said open until 7pm

This is the only location I will go in Fayetteville, the other ones iv had bad experiences from!! So I drive 30 mins just to go to this location! the employees here are beyond respectful and kind, the store manager jesse helped me fix my phone , he even transferred all my information and help me get back into my email and Facebook , while also helping multiple customers and didn’t charge me a penny! The employees here have changed the way I use to feel about boost mobile! ?

My phone quit receiving and making calls and I was getting the message that message blocking was active when I would try to send text. When to the Bragg Blvd store and was helped by Jesse. He went above and beyond to try to get the issues resolved. He wound up working on this for 3 hours. Still wasn't fixed after supervisor help. Long story short, Jesse worked with me, explained things and I have a working phone. 5 stars to Jesse!!!
