First time patron! Timely service, especially for me being a walk in. I needed to get an inspection done on a Saturday morning. Customer service was great, and they also have complimentary water, which comes in handy when it is 156 degrees outside. They even hold classes to teach people about their cars (basic services, maintenance, etc.). I also loved seeing that they have multiple female mechanics!!!

I have been going to blacks tires for years and have never had a situation where they treated me unfairly nor taken care of my vehicles in a timely matter. The customer service is excellent and I highly recommend them to anyone out there needing a vehicle repair or even a car inspection.

One of the 2 ladies at the front desk, assuming she is a manager was very rude with how she interacted with the other employee. She was later seen sitting inside little office behind customer service counter. Point is the behavior that was shown made me uncomfortable and felt bad for the worker that has to endure the behavior daily. My tire did get fixed though...won't be back.
