Extremely satisfied,Great job , be back with motorhome in few weeks! However installed two tires instead of 4 and charged me for four so they took 500.00 tor tires never installed

A special shout out to Andy at Gillespie Street NC location. We needed new ball bearings for a 2011 Dodge Durango. The dealership where we get our oil changed quoted us a ridiculous price for the repair/replacement. Andy went the “extra mile” after thorough inspection, Black’s Tires was able to replace both ball joints plus an alignment for less than half the price we were quoted at the dealership. Dropped the vehicle off the morning of and it was ready to go that afternoon. Our Durango drives smoothly and is a lot safer now.
Sam works the front counter, she was extremely helpful also. Yes, I highly recommend Black’s Tires and appreciate their hardworking knowledgeable staff.

Front counter personnel were friendly and got me checked in immediately. Technician got the tires installed on my RV within 3 hours of my dropping it off. Even got a military discount that I didn't know about.
