Bought a refrigerator freezer from them online. All of that went great till we went to pick it up. Walked in got in line and stood there while the lady sat on her phone laughing and texting. Thought they not suppose to be on cell phones doing work. and when I said hi I'm here to pick up an item she told me I had to wait a minute which then she walked away on her cell phone and making a call. 5 minutes later she walked back and said what you want *not how can I help you I told her and she told me to pull up and my wife was going to shop in best buy and she looked at my wife and said you can go wait outside too. That's the last time we're buying anything at best buy!!!!! Rude customer service.
