I do not recommend going in to that store they wrongfully accuse BLACK people for “stealing” their over priced items.

I visited this store for the first time today and had a terrible experience. I went in with a notebook that had a list of the things I needed and I was looking at prices and writing them down when a woman walked towards me and asked if I needed help. I said "no, thank you" and she lingered at the end of the aisle watching me. Another woman came about a minute later and very rudely asked "what are you doing?" I said I was writing down the prices and she said "you're not allowed to do that. It violates our privacy." I then stated that I was writing down the cost to see how much everything I needed would be together and she said "ooooh" and explained this to her coworkers. I immediatley left and will not be returning.

Recently went there to pick up a few items I was watched the whole time. Finally get what I needed to make my purchase so I’ve gave the lady my 20 and she kept the rest of my change without asking me. I asked for it back because I don’t give tips out to people who feels the need to watch my every move.

Came in ready to buy a wig and the store owner women came to the back and trying to move my child out the way telling her not to touch. Thankfully I moved her first before she touched her. Now most adults would address the parent when doing so seeing i was standing right there watching. There was no sign that said don’t touch the wigs in the back. I will not be going here again.

I miss coming here! Everyone is such a pleasure to deal with! I live in the other side of town now, but I may have to just take that trip because the K beauty supply in Hope Mills lacks customer service skills, not to mention are racists. This shop could give them a lesson or two on how to run an establishment! And you guys have the best wigs!

The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. The store is always neat, fully stocked and has lots of good varieties of your hair care needs. I love their customer rewards program.

I had no problem with my purchase. My issue was that I walked in the store, grabbed edge control, and walked to the back where the crochet hair was. There were three people working, one black woman, Asian woman, and Asian man. They said “let me know if you need any help.” That means! If I need help come to them, which I did not need. So as I’m browsing the hair I notice the Asian woman standing on her tip toes watching me. She goes over to the black woman as she’s watching me and I noticed she’s directing her towards me. I said “you don’t have to send her over to me for anything, I don’t need help and no one Is going to steal anything out of your store.” The black woman was very nice she walked over and said that the Asian woman told her I was looking for hair but she didn’t know what kind. I also called bs on that since me and her never spoke when I came in the door. I could have been just browsing the inventory to see what you guys had to offer. I guess that was a subtle way of her sending her to me and I didn’t appreciate it because I felt the motive was the same. I would suggest that you guys really work on that. Everyone that walks into your store shouldn’t be profiled and isn’t a thief. This was my first time in your establishment and I didn’t appreciate that at all.
