Very clean and tidy store. Especially love the kids area with the cute reading nooks as well as the kids toys areas. Only issue I have each time I visit is the super long wait time at the check out counter. They always seem to just have 1 person at the cashier and the line becomes longggg....

As always, B & N is my second home!!! Lol! The staff is very hospitable and knowledgeable on every question we may have!!! If we cant find it, they will personally escort you to where you want to be. If it's not in stock, they will order it and you will have it fairly quickly whether pickup or delivery!!!
