Went in for some bolts for a bracket that was literally hanging on. Eleanor went out of her way I'd say above and beyond to help me figure out what bolts I needed and got me all figured out. Beyond the best customer service I've had in a while at an AutoZone. Got me back on the road quick no more rattling or squealing. You guys definitely have a great team. Thanks for your help.

On 1 June 24, I went to AutoZone on Santa Fe Road in Fayetteville, NC where I meet RT Shirley (1 of the store managers). I was having problem with my AC unit in my car. She went above and beyond to help me out, the AC Pro can I bought did not work. She came outside to check on me and notice that the first can was defective, she replace the can and the process took only about 5 minutes after I sent 30 on my own. I am sending this review because I want you all to know what kind of employee that you have representing your company. Thank you Ms RT Shirley for all of your help.

I stopped because my key fob battety was dying. The helpful staff showed me how to open the key fob, found the right battery, replaced the battery and explained how to use the secret physical key. Shirley is the best!

Needed an alternator for my vehicle. Called several autozone and this one was the only one with great customer quality care of service. Mrs. Wendy who was the specialist at autozone went beyond her call of duty of service providing me with great quality care, compassion and expertise.
