I just wanted to leave a review of this place and Darcel M. I pulled up bc my check engine light came on and needed to know what was going on. He had literally just finished changing a battery. This man was doing all the work. A lady, his coworker had just walked out and I’m guessing leaving for the day was very rude. But Darcel was amazing!! He did a great job in a very timely manner honestly all while helping other customers as well! 10/10 experience!!
Deserves a promotion and pay raise!!??

I came to the store today and when I walked in the store manager walked right by me and didn't greet me at all nor ask what I needed help with. .....Darcel Moore kindle asked what I needed help with. When I tell u this man is the goat and needs to become manager, II mean that with every breathe in my body. He new exactly what I needed after going to three different shops. He quickly found what I was looking for and at a better prices than that I seen online. DARCELL Definitely needs a raise and to become store manager. Anytime i need a part from now on i will ask of him by name and this will be my furute store for auto parts

0411 store the commercial side if it was for mark Audrey they would fall apart, as far as the store the front needs so much work slow as I don't know what.

After being sent to TWO other parts stores with wrong info, I came in FRUSTRATED and ANGRY, but "Darcel's" patience and enthusiastic attitude put a smile on my face and humbled my heart.

Our battery died while at work. We went to Auto Zone and was helped by Freddie Johnson. He was very kind and professional. It was a great experience to work with him. I recommend Auto Zone for your car care needs!

I have an AutoZone close to me I'm very loyal to... But I drove to Fayetteville instead because they had my parts in stock tonight
I was greeted by Matt. He had everything all ready and put together. He answered some questions about some extra products... And then he carried my brakes out to the car because he said they were heavy and I shouldn't have to carry them! :)
He was very professional and personable and had a great sense of humor which I appreciated.
You can tell he just really has great customer service and a really really appreciated that. ?. If they keep being the store that has stuff in stock first.... I will definitely make sure to go back there every single time!

Employee name (Darcel) went above and beyond for me when I went in there shopping turbo coolant line hose my 14 Chevy Cruz I’m recommend him to all my friends and family that go to AutoZone to buy parts.

Wow, today I had the best customer service since living in Fayetteville. Today, I had my engine light displaying on my dashboard and it was due to a missing gas cap. After purchasing, the check engine light stood displayed all day. Darrel came to my rescue and corrected my issue. This is the type of employees every company would love to have… You not only saved me a bunch of unnecessary money being spent you cleared away my headache… Darrel, “ YOU ARE A ROCKSTAR”, I am definitely only gonna use auto zone for anything my vehicle needs… You deserve 10 Stars Champ!!!! Woot Woot!!!

Well, where to begin? If I could give zero stars, I would.
Commercial account owner of over 10 years and EVERY single time I come to this store, it’s a problem. None of the employees in the front of the store want to help a commercial customer. I’ll touch on my 2 most recent experiences over the last 2 months… went there 2 Sundays ago after doing a buy here pick up there from another store. Walked in with the receipt, and the store manager told me I have to wait until commercial gets there, I asked why because all autozoners know how to work the commercial screen, he said it didn’t matter, he wasn’t going to get my parts, I had to wait until commercial opened. I explained to him that I already purchased the parts and just needed him to pull them and I was on a time crunch, again he exclaimed that it doesn’t matter he wasn’t going to do it. I had to call my customer and tell him I couldn’t get his parts because of this incident. The customer came immediately and collected his vehicle and took it to someone else to be repaired. Incident (2).. a few weekends prior to the last incident, I again went to that store to get parts on a Sunday, I told the red shirt I was a shop collecting parts, they said commercial was closed. I replied that commercial never closes, and I’m just there to pick up my parts. I was ignored and the employees went back to having their leisurely conversation as if I was not at the counter. I waited a minute, and asked again if someone could ring me out. The employees shrugged and ignored me again, I noticed a gray shirt at the impulse isle scanning stuff and asked her if she would ring me out - to which she replied “what are you trying to do get a discount? Cause we don’t do that here” I was profiled and embarrassed at this point by this woman as they were other customers standing in the store who all started staring at me. This brought me completely out of character. This is just the 2 most recent incidents that transpired at this location, I have tons more examples with witnesses as well. I could write a book. Every single time I try to do business at this store, nobody wants to do their jobs. I’m tired of it, and now I’m losing money due to it. I have requested that my commercial account be closed as I no longer want to do business with autozone, this however is not fair to the actual store my account is based out of, as they always go above and beyond to make sure I get what I need in a timely fashion, and I have never had an issue there. I’m writing this in a last ditch effort that autozone corporate will see this and clean this store up.
