I’ve brought my 2010 Mazda CX9 here to have a water pump replaced and another time to have an alternator replaced. Anthony is very good at what he does and was able to get my car up and running in a timely manner every time. I came in with a knocking noise under the hood but no check engine light or error messages. The owner looked at it within 5 minutes of my arrival. He found a piece that hadn’t been reattached when my oil was changed previously from another business and that was the noise I was hearing. He removed it and said the piece was cosmetic but he could replace it if I wanted, I opted not to. He didn’t charge me a penny and he took 45 minutes of his time to help me. I offered twice to pay him for his time and he wouldn’t hear of it. I will be going here for all my future automotive needs, it was so refreshing to meet someone so nice, honest, and just down right good! Thank you!

I brought two vehicles into JDM. I had an issue with an 99 Honda that no one could figure out why it kept cutting out and a broken muffler. The second vehicle 05 Honda had a check engine light and needed a catalytic converter replaced. I explained about the Honda shutting off right away and JD knew what the issue was which was the ignition switch a common problem 99 Honda. The check engine light issue, he allowed me to order my own part, saved me so much money!!! He only charged me the labor for the replacement!! In regards to 99 Honda he changed the ignition switch and replaced the muffler, the price for the entire repair job was unbelievably awesome! The mechanics there are very professional. Both cars were done in a reasonable amount of time. This is my go to repair shop for all my vehicles now. The best part both vehicles past inspection with flying colors. No more check engine issues and no more vehicles cutting off on me in the middle of the road!

Bringing my car to JDM was the MOST positive experience I have ever had when bringing my car to an auto repair shop. It wasn't a big job, I had the parts, I just wanted a professional to install them for me. I went to JDM just to get a quote on the labor costs and spoke with JD, a mechanic there. He gave me easily the best quote that I had received from about 6 other places around town. He then told me that he had some other cars to work on and I could bring it back in a few hours. He was a man of his word, brought my car in at the agreed time and the turn around time was the quickest I had ever had. In short, the mechanics here are fair, professional, and honest! They are also very friendly, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to bring my car back here.
