I came in looking for help because my iPhone service wasn’t transferred to my new device properly and this has been a three week long process. Erica greeted me as I walked in and provided me with a number to call. We where able to resolve this three week process in an hour close to there closing time. Thank you so much!

Hidden fees I was told my service would be around 50 dollars a month and was charged 100 I will be contacting a lawyer for fraudulent activity

Jaylan was an absolutely amazing representative! He provided service above and beyond what I hoped for and was willing to work with me for an extended period of time in order to sort out an At&t/ Firstnet backend issue that was preventing me from being able to modify my account online.

If you like to be treated with respect, if you want something done right the first time, if you want someone who will finish a job and make sure you’re good to go, if you want that peace of mind that your account and bill will reflect what you are told in store, then go see Erik, he'll take care of you and make sure your account is in good standing and that you're getting the best value for your money.You could leave your wallet and Social Security card with him and nothing would happen except that he would get it back to you or he would keep it safe until you return for it. Erik is an asset to this store and to the AT&T brand, and his approach and professionalism embody the model AT&T would have in all its stores if it could do so.

Came in for a phone pick up already ordered and was sent a email saying it was ready been sitting for 30 minutes they never asked my name or nothing while multiple employees stand around playing with their thumbs

I always have a good experience going to the skibo at&t store. All my questions are always answered. I think the store should add a self checking kiosk for faster check- in ? overall highly recommend!

Today we purchased 2 new phones and it was a not a pleasant experience. First we were lied to by our sale representative Erika. She then refused to tell us our final total until we paid the taxes on the phones. She piled our table with 15 different accessories (that we did not ask for) trying to sell us more and more stuff but refused to answer questions. She constantly changed the subject every time we asked questions about the final total for both phones. She said she could not calculate what it would be until we paid for the taxes on the phone. We later learned this was a lie. She wanted to secure the sale before she admitted to us she lied. We were going to get the IPhone 15 Pro Max regardless but it was the 2nd phone she lied about that we initially did not plan to purchase.After spending hours in that store we get home and realize Erika activated the phone wrong. We had to go through tech support to fix it. We did not receive receipts for the purchases and taxes paid either.I’ve been with AT&T for several years. I love my Firstnet plan. That’s why I have them. This is my first true negative experience with AT&T. Most I have encountered are pretty straightforward about the costs and fees. Lying is not the way to go to make a sale. Just beware of this. Delia, and Angel (the manager) helped us at the end. I would recommend either one of them if you want a smooth sale and know exactly what you will be paying. They should be credited for our sale. They are the only reason we did not request a refund and walk out without the phones.

Alexis waited on me and she was awesome! She was very knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, a great communicator, and FAST! She made it easy for me! Best experience I've ever had over the years at AT&T when buying a new phone! Honestly, she is a real asset to your store!
