I was very satisfied with my experience at the AT&T store I. Pre-ordered me a phone. The gentleman there was very helpful and helped me out a lot. I always plan to shop there.

Did 3 trade-ins for 3 separate lines, got 2 trade-in credits but the last credit is in limbo. Last credit was assigned to a non existing number. We’ve been trying to get it situated since June. Mind you we did the trade in April 13 2023, and it’s now October going into November with still no credit. I was told to wait a couple billing cycles for the credit to post, but it never did. Now after Lots of calls to customer care and billing and be constantly transferred we are still in limbo. Going back in forth to Ramsey AT&T just to get no help; and it’s funny the AT&T associate who did the trade in no longer works for their company! We have all the receipts from day 1, but they still can’t seem to figure it out. As we got told today; it’s above the assistant manager! It’s now October 17, and AT&T off Skibo helped us get all of our issues resolved and I was happy to get my Apple Watches with Erica over at Skibo! The AT&T off Ramsey deserves lower than 1 Star for this mistake!

The gentleman who helped me, (I believe his name was Jalen or Duane) was cool, calm, and collected while taking care of my complex issues. He was able to get everything straight and had me on my way in less than 30 mins, along with signing me up for a more up to date service plan that will save me $42 a month.

I went to the store on Ramsey Av. In Fayetteville, NC next to Walmart. The store was dead there were no other customers. Jalen assisted me in upgrading my phone. He was very pleasant and professional. Overall good experience.

I love my new iPhone and my new AirPods, the gentlemen that took care of me was very nice and professional, take care of him cause he did a awesome job, sorry I forgot his name but I’m sure y’all can find out who he is. Thanks AT&T ❤️

Downright horrible customer service. They like to misinform people that are grieving a loss of a parent and when trying to fix it they don't call back in a timely manner and seems a Manger is never in.

Dwayne is absolutely phenomenal! He literally went above and beyond for us and had all the patience in the world! We will forever come back to this location simply to work with him! Seriously we can’t thank him enough for everything he did to help us!

Went into an att store to place an order for an upgrade. Phone wasn’t available at the store. Was told they had to order it. Everything was fine. Paid taxes on phone was told we would get the receipt via email. Never got receipt. I’m trying to find out the status of my order come to find out the order was never placed and the phone we wanted was unavailable after talking to att customer support we finally got it fixed 2 days after we was suppose to get the phone in the mail. Now I’m trying to get the upgrade phone ordered. Not to happy with the att store now. Never had any issues with this store until now.
