Service had been ok the last few times I've been here but recently I booked an appointment on October 12th through styleseat (which is my usual mode of booking appointments). I received a confirmation and a reminder for my appointment which was the next morning at 9am. I show up ten minutes prior to my appointment time and the shop was closed. No biggie, I just assume that they will open up at exactly 9. 45 minutes later there's still no one there, no lights, the number listed on styleseat is to the shop phone and there's no answer. I scramble to find another stylist on a Saturday morning which is almost impossible! Later on that evening I discover that the stylist, Tonya, canceled my appointment on styleseat at 11pm the night before. No call, no text, no nothing. Just an email late that night that I never saw since my appointment had already been confirmed.
