“Seriously the best service I have ever received at a Joann's. I am a quilter and do not have a Joann's in my area. So while visiting the area I stopped in for some material. The store seemed short staffed and I was worried I would be met with frustration when I approached the cutting table as I had lots of material to be cut. An employee approached and immediately got to work. She was friendly, quick, and kind. I took note of her name tag which said Roxy-Manager. I was surprised that not only was she taking care of a customer she was doing a great job of it. Further, the cashier was also super friendly. I would definitely recommend and wish I lived near this store.”
