“Recently we had 2 salesmen come thru our neighborhood here in Longs SC inside Plantation Lakes. development. My parents were just recently over covid so unfortunately the sweet men could not stay and do a big demonstration. However they were so kind and knowledgeable and professional that we all wanted to say thank you and we are sorry that our visit was a bit of a bust! Hope it went better at the other homes.”
“Bought a washer and dryer from them in the beginning of October. Love the set i got. So far so good. Great customer service. Delivery the same day and hooked it up. The ONLY complaint i have. The Delivery guy Louis had me buy the kit to stack my washer and dryer because the set was so big i couldn't open my door where the laundry area is.He never came to stack it. Many calls and text. But never came. He was so nice upon Delivery and i tipped. I dont know what happen. I still would like for my machine to be stacked.”

I had a really tricky situation: 30-year old plumbing, a type of pipe that no one has installed in 15+ years, and my plans to install a new bidet (with hot and cold water) and a new sink faucet. I posted, asking for help and advice online, but no one responded. I visited sites and stores, not sure if the part I needed even existed. I thought I would likely never find a solution to my problem. Then I went to Home Depot and was extremely lucky to find Kelly, who looked at the photos I took of the valves under my sink and the adapter I wanted to use and immediately knew which parts I should buy to make it work. He gave me clear instructions with confidence, and right away, I was eager to start my installation project again. Everything went perfectly to plan and was so much easier than I expected. Kelly saved me so much time and money—and my sanity! I really can’t thank him enough. Weeks later, I returned with another plumbing issue—a dripping tub faucet—and he was a tremendous help again. He’s a true expert who goes above and beyond to help customers. Big thanks to Kelly!”

“Super friendly with reasonable prices. Appliances are tested and cleaned before they are put on the floor for sale. Definitely a small business worth checking out if you need a used appliance at a fair price. They also deliver. We didn't need delivery, but he definitely offered.”
“Don in appliances was amazing today. We moved from Minnesota to the area and needed a Fridge and washer and dryer. Luckily Don was the one available to help us and he is VERY knowledgeable. I was going back and forth to a few stackable washer and dryers and he knew EVERYTHING I had questions for without even looking at the info sheet! I had 2 narrowed down and we'd be at one and he'd be telling me how this one was different etc. he was so polite, so knowledgeable and friendly. He got our fridge, washer and dryer ordered and it would be delivered in 12 days which we thought was great. EVERYONE of my questions I had asked he knew right away. Even gave us a few tips. Would HIGHLY recommend Don in the appliance area. We will be back if we ever need more house appliances. And wow we got some amazing deals!!”

“Went there to check out laptop computers. Unlike most retail stores these days, I was pleasantly surprised to be asked at least four times if I needed help, with the exception of one floor person. While helpful, he pointed to where something I asked about was instead of walking with me to find it. He didn’t appear to be busy at the time. ?♂️ Otherwise, the floor staff was very friendly and helpful! I also found a number of laptops which I am interested in.”
