The picture on the website looked better then the actual corsage I received for my son's prom. Disappointing because I chose the Florist shop based on the pictures.

My flowers were to be delivered just prior to Mother's Day. I received an email that they were delivered, but my daughter was there and said they were not there. When I called the shop, I was told they would look into it. I never received a call back and still no flowers. It's disheartening because she is a new mom and suffering from a bit of depression.

Great customer service! Placed a same-day order for a funeral service, and they were able to get it finished and delivered within 3 hours time! It was a very big arrangement, the largest Premium size they have. Thank you so much for your great work and sense of urgency!
