I called to check up on my contacts because it’s been two months since my visit. Never had to wait this long for contacts. The guy at the front who answers the phone was rude. I told him that I already got my glasses and he said well did they send you a message about your glasses I said yes he said well they’ll send you a message about your contacts too and hung up. This is my first and last time going to this eye doctors office. Front desk staff is rude and unprofessional he always has an attitude and smart mouth

The contacts were not the right prescription at all. They hurt my eyes and made me dizzy.

I have gone to America's Best for 3-4 years and would have easily given them a 5. 2024, no way. My "new" prescription glasses that I picked out and want to wear had to be sent back for adjustments because I couldn't see out of them. I called to see if they were ready for pickup. I was left on the phone so long that the receptionist barely remembered why I was calling.3/12th, still no glasses. Yep, it's been at least two weeks. ? ? This is frustrating!!

Everything went really smooth from start to finish.Customer service was good,friendly staff....Josh waited on us once the exam and Dr.'s visit was over, what a rock star!! Very patient, helpful and accommodating. Nothing negative except that it was crowded.

one lady not sure her name was rude but then Jessie came up to help me and she was really nice and helpful. She answered all my questions and made sure i was happy when i left.

I love associate Jessi. She is very patient on answering our questions and gave good explanations and insights on the glasses we choose. She has a pleasant personality and very funny too. We need more like her. Overall services im so pleased

Chose this location as I am new to area and it was time for my annual exam...first impressions were great! I am big on customer service and was not disappointed. The process from start to finish was professional and would choose them again.

The lady that helped me find the perfect glasses was patient and listened to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Her name was Jessica and she's definitely an asset to their company.

Great first time experience from all! Jessie was especially helpful in setting up my order of glasses. And she was also able to correct and make some pretty important lens changes with my husband's order that had been previously ordered. Would definitely recommend the practice!

Where should I begin, i made my appointment 30 days in advance since it was the first time i ever been there. For thirty days they keep harassing me with emails and text messages. When I made the initial appointment I gave them all my insurance information or everything they need to verify. They proceeded to send emails asking for the same information continuously when I arrived at the appointment I may have been 7 1/2 minutes early. I waited for about 30 minutes before being seen, once being seen, I waited 20 minutes before someone was able to assist me with choosing my eyewear the young man that assisted me name Josh was having so many issues with the computer stating that the insurance website was down. Keep in mind when I got there, they got my insurance information again and checked everything in. I waited with Josh for about 15 more minutes why he continuously looked confused and as if he had no idea how to pull up the information by that time, I was frustrated ready to go it was getting late and we still had not proceeded to even get my prescription information I decided to go ahead and pay for my exam without using my insurance since Josh was having so many technical issues after that he finally proceeded to get the information up and I told him that I would just go somewhere else and pick out my eyewear this place overbooked appointment on a Saturday afternoon but they continuously called me and emailed me as if I was not going to keep my appointment I will never go here again. First experience was a bad experience. I can say I can give the doctor Skinner a good review he was very professional and thorough with the eye exam , beware not a very good place to go .

So my first visit went well. I thought the staff was nice. They gave me a 10min grace period as I was running late for my appointment. My exam went well. I had no complaints.2 weeks later I received a voicemail and text that my glasses were ready. When I arrived it took a long time for someone to help me even though there was only 1 other customer. Many employees were hanging out talking to one another. Once I was helped they realized they couldn’t find my glasses. I had to prove I received the text and call that my glasses were ready. They were even thinking I got the notification by mistake. It took them about 30min to find them and they ended up being in a closet and not with the other ready glasses.After wearing my glasses for weeks I realized they got my prescription wrong. I suspected it from day one of receiving them but they told me it takes time to get use to the new prescription. I am certain it is wrong but they do not want to fix it. My right lense is completely wrong. It’s blurry. The doctor told me I had better than 20/20 vision with the prescription he wrote me. It is not matching in my glasses. I can’t read street signs, even a license plate in front of me, words on TV are blurry, anything from a distance from my right eye is not even close to being clear. I also paid extra for blue light and anti glare. I’m not sure about the blue light but I’m pretty sure i never got the anti-glare either. Driving at night is terrible for me especially with the wrong lenses. They won’t fix it. They are pretty rude about it. So I now have to pay more money to get my lenses replaced elsewhere. Just prepare for this if you use this place. I am going to see if another place can tell me if they truly added the extras I paid for and update. It’s expensive to add blue light and anti glare to not actually get it.

Friendly staff and very fast in getting me in and getting the eye exam complete. Jessie was amazing! She took the time to verify my insurance info so I was able to get everything I needed that day, rather than having to return. Plus she was just fabulous, nice, and did an awesome job in helping me select the perfect frames for my glasses. Seriously, she found better frames than me for my style! She's the best!

I loved them! I had to bring my 4 month old with me and they were so nice and friendly! Got us in and out in an hour. I purchased my contacts from them as well and feel like I finally see the work lol
