I recommend using caution when working with this company. The use of bait and switch tactics, surprise fees, and inexcusable urgency to seemingly force a deal is what I found this company relies on. In short, if your real estate agent recommends a loan officer from here, it’s probably best to find your own.

My experience with Carrie Michel and their team was exceptional. My communication with everyone was always professional. There was open communication, they went above and beyond to get things done before the closing date. They answered all my questions and never lost patience. I would recommend them to anyone buying a home in the Fayetteville, NC area and hope they can give everyone the same service I received. This was by far the worst mortgage company I’ve ever worked with. I may have stretched my boundaries but no one was more knowledgeable than google. I would curse at this point but, my name is Isaías A. and I wouldn’t put my name without proof. Seek elsewhere for services….

Valerie Campana is the best mortgage broker we have ever worked with! She is very friendly and professional, extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Applying for a mortgage can be stressful but Valerie makes it much less painful. She is great at answering questions and providing advice and guidance. I checked multiple sources for rates and hers were the best!
