Not veteran friendly I got behind on my payment by less than one month and was threatened with my lock being cut and my belongings being inventoried to be sold for being behind, if not paid before the end of the 30 day period, I would understand a month plus but not even a month behind yet and they will do this to a customer is ridiculous

Kind office staff, secured storage units. Don't care for
the lights on the timers in the hall, sometimes my climate controlled unit is way too hot!

Im a very satisfied American flag storage of Fayetteville NC customer. I haven't been the best customer as I have paid late and multiple evenings I have left late causing the alarm to sound and the police to come check things out. With that being said AFS has still showed me more kindness and understanding then any company ever has. I only hope that all businesses take lessons on how to treat thier customers from American Flag Storage of Fayetteville NC. I being almost 50 have delt with storage companies all over NC and from my prior experience I always hated having to do so. I have lost my dead grandmother's belongings and my children's school photos due to not having the money to make a storage payment on time. If only then, I had rented from AFS I would still have those priceless posesions. Honestly, I am not one to ever take the time to leave a customer company review. I today have found myself leaving reviews for AFS on this yelp as well as FB and with the BBB. I promise everyone I would not be doing so, if I was not sincere. So if ever you need some extra storage space do yourself a favor and call American Flag Storage and let them show you that there really is still great customer service in our community today.

Talk about kicking someone when they are down. I was visiting family after my brother died and needed to store my things. After visiting many places, I settled at this location because the female in the office assured me that my belongings were safe because she lived on site.Both of my vehicles were broken into. My car window was knocked out and random personal effects were stolen. My truck window was slid down and my subwoofers and Amp were stolen. The thief UNBOLTED my subs! (Where is the CCTV footage? )I was not contacted, they said they couldn't reach me. No report was filed, I want even emailed.A few months later, my account was passed due because they raised the rates during Covid-19, and guess what miracle happened, I was contacted.The female tried to sell me some garbage story about her having Covid at the time, how convenient.The break in happened 9 months after I parked my vehicles, and I found out A YEAR LATER after I got over my fear of traveling internationally during a global pandemic. Unacceptable.I have a strong dislike for this company. They lied, it was an inside job because no other vehicles on the lot were disturbed. I asked for a report abs all they sent me were photos.... GARBAGE STORAGE FACILITY WITH GARBAGE EMPLOYEES. I'm poor, steal from the rich and leave us poor people alone. We work hard for our belongings, stop stealing.The level of h.a.t.e. I have toward that lady is immeasurable. She's a damn liar.

35 bucks for the first month then regular rent there after. It's nice to be able to drive up unload and go, I like that they are all garage style units and you don't have to go up 3 stories down a maze of a hallway with no lighting or windows

I would definitely recommend this storage to anyone! Very helpful and nice staff, prices are reasonable and the property is convenient and clean! My property in the storage was kept exactly how I left it no bugs, mold or anything! Thank you American Flag storage I will be using Yal again if I need too!
