I rented a unit way back in 2018/2019. A long, long time. Prices increased slightly, but definitely worth it. My things were in the exact same condition as when I put them there. I'm definitely glad a sprang for the indoor unit. Staff was always helpful and communicated the price increases in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend!

As a customer for nearly 4 years, after having an issue with one of my bank accounts, they sent me a letter threatening to file charges against me with the Sherriff's department. Very disappointing.I did get a follow up call from the property manager, Jaime. She was very cordial and extremely supportive. My online access was restored and I plan on continuing with our business relationship with faith that I will be treated as a loyal customer. She gave me her contact info and has made herself available in case of future issues. Great job Jaime. Thank you.

American Self Storage, Located at 2108 Jacks Ford dr. Fayetteville, NC, 28303 was very helpful on getting me a storage. The customer service was very good compared to majority of businesses these days. They were also the cheapest that I could find in the area. The gate hours were reasonable, and never had any issues.

American Flag Storage Santa Fe location is nothing but awesome! I thank Jamie and John for handling a very delicate situation for me in my absence. I gave you all a five because it would not let me give you a 10! Best storage company around. Again thanks for going above and beyond, and for being kind and understanding.

Pretty good, except the rows between the units are pretty tight and hard to fit any larger vehicles. If you're moving stuff with a large pick up, or a U-Haul, just be aware that it's gonna be a SQUEEZE.
