Terrible place to get flowers! Do not buy from them. The last I ordered Hydrangea’s three weeks in advance and received a different kind. If I had been notified that the hydrangea’s were not available I would’ve canceled my order and maybe picked a different arrangement or bought from a different store. The two times before that I also ordered many weeks in advance and was told only the day before the order was due that that type of flower or arrangement was not available leaving me no time to find a new business to go through. Trust me when I say you can do better than Ava’s Flowers. 0/5 if I could

This is the most terrible delivery system that has ever existed. They can't even get a simple order right and send it to the person on time. I ordered this on April 9th and it is now the 11th and still hasn't arrived and every time I talk to customer service. They say that it is arrived. However, I've called a person several times and ask them if it has arrived and they keep saying no and then I spoke to a customer service agent and they said that someone Accidentally said that it was delivered I. Spent over $80 on this order and I expected to be delivered. This is such a stupid thing. And it has been a headache ever since this order was started. And this needs to be fixed soon.

I ordered flowers for a dear family friend. I live in a different state. Patricia was so kind and made lovely recommendations. She even sent me a photo of the finished product. The flowers were beautiful and I was very pleased. I would recommend this florist to friends and family!

The two young ladies that work here are absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable!!! Just these two alone will keep me as a customer forever!!! The prices are the best in town and their stock is always updated!!!
