Rooms were dirty and disgusting. Management was not polite or courteous. I will not stay at this place ever again.
Rooms: The room was dirty, nasty, and the walls were filthy.

I got a room here for two nights and I saw roaches my whole entire stay & when I brought it to their attention at the front desk their response was”we already know”
I woke up this morning and a roach was on my arm. This is very disgusting
Walkability: It’s a Walmart literally across the street, Burger King and a gas station

Walkability: Able to walk to Walmart and burger King that's I'm walking distance less than 10 minutes

The gentleman who works here is extremely rude... The room that I was in had roaches... There is a no refund policy... The only plus side is that it's close to a Walmart...

This place is horrible do not waste even a dollar on it the service is terrible the owner is the Indian man who is very rude and you ask the question about something in the room where I found blood stains on it cover and on the floor and he got mad because I asked for another comforter and then said if I complain again he was going to put me out and I can go across the street or somewhere else and stay they treat everyone as if they are from the streets and some people are not knowing the area are not people of the night I wish that I could report them to the better Business bureau or somewhere because they have very poor customer service and it was freezing cold outside and we were waiting on our Uber and he told us we had to get out the room now that we could not stay in there another second and I asked could we just stay there while they were cleaning the other rooms and he said no get out now.

Payed 60 dollars for a room tonight, that has no working tv not to mention I went to the front desk multiple times and they were rude but came to try to fix. The last time he looked at me and said the cable must be out and there's no technician to call and fix it. So I asked the man if I can get some of my money back or change the room with my 2 children which the youngest was already asleep but he told me " no if you have a problem you can check out" Then, as he left I shut the door went to pull my blanket back on my bed and found a large bed bug I saw crawling across my sheet I then pulled my comforter back more and I found multiple and the bottom of the bed.please don't stay here and waste your money. Sincerely, a concerned community citizen.
