I stopped by today to get parts for my shower. Andrew and another woman who may have been a manager were both very friendly and helpful. I was recommended to go to this particular store. Best decision I’ve made.

Store doesn't have much knowledge was trying to find a k-type clamp thermometer they suggested I go to lowes. .

Found this place maybe 5-6 years ago. They usually have what I need at great prices. Close to I-295 and N Fay. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Bring back the popcorn and I'll score them a "10", anytime! My go to source for HVAC parts.

Service has went downhill lately. Do not give them your credit or debit card. They will put your money on hold and ask you to fix it.. Pay cash only there. If nowhere else is open.

I had the unfortunate opportunity to get involved with Aaron's Supply and their employee Kevin when purchasing a new heat pump system for my two story home. Kevin installed them, did not give me my inspection stickers for my two new installed units. I will be fined because of those stickers by the city all because I am guessing those units where installed on a weekend after his working hours at Aaron's. One of my units already started to fail. Kevin was ofcourse dragging his feet and being unprofessional and giving poor excuses that simply would no longer cut it. Then I had no choice but to go to another company. Aaron's then dragged their feet when honoring their obligation towards ordering parts for my unit that failed within a year. To make a long sting short. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Zero Stars. I have repeatedly called for a warranty repair for over a month. These people promise the world but do NOT deliver. Please look elsewhere for your HVAC needs.

These guys were there when I needed them last summer. It was late on a saturday and everybody else was closed. Prices were better than what I had priced online for the blower I needed. Very helpful in explaining what I needed to do so that I installed it right. You guys have my business. Thank you.
