Storage unit is good, doors in the facilities don't have any way of staying open so bring a friend and after an increase prices are almost 100 dollars more than same size units elsewhere.

It's a tight fit in the driving area for large trucks. Be prepared to make wide turns, and or back up and try again. Finding the building letter is easy. Initially I parked too far from my unit. I found the exit door that was closer to my unit, and that door was on the other side of Bldg K.
I went to exit the facility and I wasn't familiar with, or forgot to use the app feature. I kept driving up to the gate and it wouldn't open. The storage attendant eventually walked up from the other side and punched in her code and let out.
The unit is nice and climate controlled. It's priced lower than the competition so I chose them. The 10x15 is a nice size and the ceiling is nice and high. I'm guessing over 12 feet, so you can stack pretty high.

The entire experience was excellent, from my reservation on line, to there follow up call regarding my rental, to the excellent customer service I received bt Tikia. Very happy and impressed by the quality service I received.

Spoke to Tikia today to clarify the process for moving out of my storage unit. She was most professional yet personable. I understood the instructions and she asked if I there was anything

My daughter is relocating to Fayetteville from New Jersey we needed storage for her items until she finds a place. We stopped by Fayetteville Storage and I’m glad we did. Tikia greeted us soon we walked in she was helping someone but she offered us to have a seat. She was professional she was answered every question we had she was just amazing and awesome.
