Very bad experience. Took a chain with a birthstone bead to be repaired in May and they kept it for 3 months... no one could/would explain where it was. Got it back on August 24th, and it wasn't even my birthstone bead! Apparently they lost it and didn't want to tell me. The replacement bead is very small and a purplish blue color...a long way from an aquamarine birthstone! Will never go there again, and I don't think they care! I gave them one star because you have to give them something to be able to post, but that's the only reason. Zero stars!

I called to see if they could resize my watch. I went in and in 10 mins it fit perfectly. They have a beautiful jewelry collection!!!! Will definitely be coming back.
