I ordered a cake and cupcakes for my teenage twins (boy/girl) birthday. I said orange, blue, red, green and purple and absolutely no pink ballons in the corners instead I got peach, mint green, lavender and pink. It was very child like more for a 5 year old and the colors are horrible. Never again.

Honestly, I've never been a fan of Food Lion in general. However, my experience today may have changed my mind. From the moment I started shopping, the staff was friendly and attentive to anything I needed and questions I had. I don't remember if the store ever had a wine section in the past, but this one did. Thanks Food Lion for what felt like a step up in the right direction.

Great for when you need something in a pinch, but the selection is not that great … each time we have stopped here to get something they have not had much in stock.

This Food Lion is well managed. It's clean, has friendly staff and a good selection. The beer and wine selection is really good. I do most of my grocery shopping here, and I appreciate the prices which are usually lower than Ingles.
