We had a very unusual situation where a semi tractor trailer mistakenly pulled into our very steep and narrow mountain driveway while attempting to deliver 5 thousand pounds of tile to our neighbor.
The truck driver was unable to back out of our driveway and called Dalton’s for help.
The two men from Dalton’s were very professional and careful not to cause any damage to our property.
They did an amazing job and we are very thankful to them.
Highly recommend!

Broke down on i40 in my sleeper semi on a Friday about 6 and of course all the shops were closed, tried to get a mobile mechanic to come out and help but none of them had the software to do anything or they just didn't want to pick up the phone, talked to Dalton's and he tried to help with suggestions, told me that the shop I was going to give up and get towed to was weeks behind so I waited to find somewhere faster, over the weekend he called and checked on me to make sure I didn't need anything while I was waiting, Monday got ahold of some shops and found one that wasn't to far behind, they got the heavy duty wrecker to me about a hour after I called and got me right to the shop, he might not have the prettiest truck on the road but he knows what he is doing, I drove tow truck for a couple decades and most the drivers out there get lazy and skip steps like only using 1 safety chain or not using the ratchet axle straps, he didn't skip anything and used all the safety stuff even if it's easier not too, all in all the tow part was a good experience, reasonable price, nice guy that cared, and got it done safety

Attempted to call and set up an appointment but was told that they were booked for the day. That's totally fine, but when I went to go ask if he had any recommendations for other towing companies, he hung up before I even had a chance to respond. Extremely short and rude.

They were amazing and pulled my vehicle out of a 200 foot valley covered in snow and ice. Called other companies they refused David Dalton and company completed this very difficult recovery....nice people too!Service: Vehicle wrecking

Dalton's was 6 miles from our delivery vehicle stuck in wet field... They would NOT give a price. said they had to look at job... $250.00 !!! We had a quote for $200 from a service in Hendersonville 30 miles away, so I was sure Dalton's would be less.... When I told lady running the station that information about the lower quote from Hendersonville she said " You'll know not to call us next time" !!! She is right about that !!!! Really nice about sending someone out to help.. rude and uncaring when informed she was very expensive....

This guy is a total j**** Half the time he can't even do them. Called him 10 min before I came and asked if he was open to do inspections to which he said yes. When I got there he told me his hoist was broke and was extremely rude to me for asking why he told me he was open to do inspections when he couldn't do them.
