“Horrible! I worked for this guy and he screwed me out of 140 dollars and tried to justify it. Don't get body work done here, it will end up sitting there for ever and him pouring out on the "backburner" as he calls it. The other shop for mechanics is great though it's just the body abs paint.”

“We had a very unusual situation where a semi tractor trailer mistakenly pulled into our very steep and narrow mountain driveway while attempting to deliver 5 thousand pounds of tile to our neighbor.
The truck driver was unable to back out of our driveway and called Dalton’s for help.

“I just had two flat tires this week, and desperately needed a new set. This elderly gentleman only charged me $480 for a brand new set of tires (mounting and balance included) for my Honda Civic. The service was what I expected, and I didn’t have to wait long. Everywhere else will charge you $1k or more and try to scam you into paying more money because you’re a woman or they assume you’re a transplant. This gentleman was a fine example of how us Appalachians should always run their businesses—with honesty and proficiency.”
