This place is a shade tree Nicky mouse show, this place can’t fix a ham sandwich and has zero integrity in their work, $3400 to fix my truck and it was there 2 months I finally had to settle for just taking it like it was just to get my truck back.Truck is still messed up , this dude has no clue what he’s doing and will spend your money trying to figure out what’s wrong with you’re vehicle. Completely incapable of diagnosing a problem and thinks nobody knows he’s clueless. Very unprofessional and horrible integrity, just a bum and ripoff so now my trucks off to Logan’s diesel in Hendersonville thank goodness real mechanics are still around

Do not use these people very bad they told me it would be around 400 they give me the bill it’s almost 700 they said I told them truck wrong place I looked at gps told him exactly where truck was he charged me three and half hours to cut coolant hose put clamp on and put water in truck then I pay truck don’t make it mile down the road and there fix wasn’t a fix then I call them several times and text with no response bad bad people another company came out and charged me 312 bucks to fix it right

I cannot recommend Ace Roadside enough!
We have two other mechanics misdiagnose our diesel truck. Ace methodically diagnosed it and fixed it giving us years back on our asset. I will never stop talking about their team when the opportunity arises!

Nice guy but not nice when they avoid you when need something done. Will never be back to this person again just glad my husband boss got the truck and took it home

You know Eric McPeters is a super friendly guy to your face and acted like he cared but I had a fairly awful experience. For some reason he can’t keep help, as his two main guys quit during the middle of my repair, and his guys before them quit too. No big deal, I get it, but it took another 6 weeks to fix my truck despite the fact that it was nearly the only truck sitting in his shop. Seems as though he gives his attention to his roadside jobs which didn’t seem fair but whatever. I was VERY patient with this guy and he just kept putting me off despite the fact I spent I spent hundreds of dollars in rental vehicles to get me around while he took his sweet time fixing my truck. Then, the truck was returned with an improperly installed clutch. No big deal, returned it to him and he fixed it, weeks later. STILL DONE WRONG. I had to take it somewhere else to have the clutch taken out a third time and it finely worked properly. Even if the clutch had been installed properly the second time, the rear main seal that he put in was leaking too so had to have everything taken out again anyway for that. Maybe I caught him at a bad time but he definitely did not make this right. My main issue is that he ghosted me after all this. I was never rude. I was never threatening. I just wanted everything done right. All said and done I spent an additional 1500 to fix what should have been done in the first place, months ago. Plus my hundreds of dollars in rental car fees. I should not have had to wait two months to get my truck back. It was always, “it will be done next week, it will be done week” blah blah blah. Still bitter about this place. Over $2000 in completely avoidable costs on my end.

So grateful to Philip and Eric for great customer care interactions, prompt service, quality work and reasonable price. A friend and I needed our camper serviced and tires rotated on a Friday afternoon and we felt so lucky and well cared for. We want to thank these young men for being kind, courteous and respectful.

Wonderful crew of mechanics who went above and beyond expectations to get me rolling again. I had a blown turbo in my Freightliner and within 12 hours of being towed in had me on the road again.

These guys were awesome and would highly recommend. On a road trip to Pigeon Forge our front end on our motor home had to be serviced and they worked extremely hard to find the correct parts and get us back on the road. Thanks to Eric and his team we had a safe trip.

Great folks and wonderful service. I had issues with 2 tires on my motorhome and they got us in, diagnosed the problems quickly, replaced 2 valve stems sent us on our merry way. Thanks Eric and staff for a terrific repair experience. Leaving a recommendation at the desk at the KOA!

The guys here are fabulous. Blew out the manifold on my pony motor. They ordered the parts and got me back together. Very happy with the results and extremely pleased with the customer service.
