Literally was on hold for the pharmacy for over 45 minutes. They kept picking up and putting me back on hold and one time they straight up hung up on me. When I did get through the representative was nice so idk if they're just understaffed or what was going on. It's a small town I can't imagine it's that busy where you can't pick up for that long. Horrible.

Great staff very friendly and approachable. Ken up front was very helpful. I needed a specific item. He walked me to it and asked did I need any other items. Southern hospitality at its best.

The cashier named Darlene that works upfront is very unprofessional. She rolls her eyes and never speaks when I walk in the store, but I have witnessed her smiling and welcoming people that walk right in behind me. I prefer to do my business elsewhere instead of doing business with such an unprofessional person as her working there.

everyone in The actual pharmacy seem incompetent. They can’t give you a straight forward answer to anything. They act like they hate their jobs. It’s as if they feel as tho they’re doing US a favor. They have no personality or customer service skills. Will not use again.

Knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful staff. Doll is a "doll." The pharmacy is almost always busy with a line, but I appreciate how they tend to me when it's my turn.

You have to wait in a long line just to drop off a prescription and then have to wait another hour for it to be ready . Most pharmacies have a drop off section. Get with the times Fairmont.

Just overheard my mother in law call the pharmacy and the male pharmacist answer and was so rude. I get working in a pharmacy is a high pace job, and very busy at all working hours. This man was so RUDE! He wouldn't even give my mother in law time to tell him the issue of what was going on. We love walgreens but this was VERY disappointing and I hope I never have to deal with him in person. I'll go when Beverly and others are working. If I was corporate I'd make him do an customer service course on how to speak to others. He told her that he was to busy and he wasn't going to argue with her. When she didn't even say anything to engage an argument.Besides this Rude encounter we love this walgreens and all the workers accept this gentleman. If he was having a bad day or anything let someone else answer the phone or call in to work if your day is that awful.

They are rude! And don’t care about the customers, I was told my daughter medicine will be ready and when I got there it still wasn’t ready. The line was wrapped around the store. And they were taking forever!

This particular Walgreens did not check their appointment list today to see that they had an appointment for a COVID vaccine. As a result they did not contact us to inform us we needed to secure another appointment elsewhere. Instead, in the middle of a pandemic, where we are all being urged to be vaccinated, they turned a patient away after they admitted they had vaccine on hand, but would not open it for one person. The suggestion given was to drive another 30 minutes in hopes that another location was administering the vaccine on Mother’s Day (they did not offer to call-we could have driven around with no help). Appointment made in South Carolina now and I nor any member of my family will ever go to a Walgreens again
