Staff was polite and answered all questions regarding an international shipment. Minimal wait time.

I think the guy who answered the phone said his name was mike. He was very unprofessional. When I explained what was going on to ask what steps I need to take in order to get my mail, he laughed. Apparently it's funny when someone doesn't get important mail. The whole time he kept being sarcastic like I'm supposed to know why my mail wasn't forwarded to my new address even though I filled out a change of address form two months ago.

when I walked in I wasn't even greeted they just took the piece of paper that I had gave me my box and didn't even say thanks it was like I didn't even exist
