DO NOT USE THIS BODY SHOP. I chose to support this business because it's a small local shop. After visiting RAW Paint & Body, I left my car for Robert to replace the cracked bumper with a new, painted bumper. It took him 6 weeks of missed deadlines and excuses until it was done. Before picking the car up, Robert suggested I should have the rest of the car painted. One month later, the car was ready. The exterior of the car looked okay except for the bumper! The bumper he painted and installed had the punch out places punched out, leaving it with 6 holes of varying sizes! He apologized after I said it was not acceptable (why he never told me before accepting the bumper is unbelievable!). I gave him the benefit of the doubt and trusted his word when he said he would replace it and paint the new bumper, no cost. After 3 more months of missed deadlines and excuses, I gave up. He answered me with just one word..."understandable". RAW PAINT & BODY IS NOT RELIABLE OR HONEST, JUST "CHEAP" (HIS DESCRIPTION OF HIS OWN WORK).

If allowed a negative rating I would give it a -5. Do NOT take your vehicle to this shop! A. Waters was supposed to have painted a relative vehicle. He took all my relative CASH for over two years, (yes you read that right, TWO years). After many broken job completion dates (4 WEEKS was the time frame he quoted TWO years ago! promises that the vehicle would be ready were broken time after time. You ask why my relative let the vehicle stay for that long…….. it’s because A. Waters accepted his CASH each time, but never delivered on his WORD nor his WORK. My relative felt he was to far into the CASH, he really just wanted his vehicle! A. Waters accepted CASH in the mid 4-digits. My relative went to pick his vehicle up today, January 30, 2024. Believe me when I say the vehicle was in worse shape on the pick-up, than the drop-off. So needless, to say the quality of his work is horrible. (Side note…he painted just the hood of another relative car, due to gravel dents paint does not match, the car is white, now, tell me how are you not able to match paint? I’m a kind of lame person to this industry, but I do know that to get the correct paint match you purchase the paint by the vehicles make/model/year. This owner is a joke!!!! He should be paying my relative, because he didn’t return all the parts to the vehicle, he didn’t cover parts of the vehicle as he was painting so now paint is in places it’s not supposed be, on the windows, in the motor everywhere. So IF this guy does not go out of business soon. this is your WARNIN, WARNING do NOT take any vehicle to A. Waters / this shop!!!!! For the sake of my relative I didn’t post pictures oh but I have pictures of the before and the after. Off to file a claim to the BBB….

Alan is wonderful and beyond skilled. He really cares about what his name is put on, which is FANTASTIC work. I will go here for every paint chip and fix I ever need dealt with as there is nothing overlooked. Perfect pricing, perfect paint, can't ask for more!! Thanks again!
