AC was misdiagnosed elsewhere and I was quotes 1400 to change a compressor on my 2020 vehicle. It was actually just a sensor that needed to be replaced which was done for 300. Staff are knowledgeable, communicative, courteous and prompt.

I recently took my diesel truck to JZM and couldn't be happier with the service I received. The team was incredibly knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue quickly. We came up to Brevard to camp. After getting our trailer all set I went to move the truck. NOPE. The fuel pump died. Took it to one garage and they were not able to look at it. Call JZM and they were able to diagnose the problem, get an estimate and call me for authorization. Even worked with me on picking up the truck. Great people from the owner, the receptionist and mechanics. THANKS!

We’re in from out of town & planned on a day of hiking. On the way into the forest our tire sprung an unpatchable leak. The folks at JZM saw us right away and quickly located a replacement tire when they didn’t have one on hand. We managed to get all of our hiking in.

I am a tourist and we had an issue with the seatbelt for my child’s car seat that got stuck. After calling and going to about 5 places, no place would even take the time to look at the issue and insisted I came back days later, even though I was only in town a few days. No one cared to help us out, even though it was a quick fix.
I walked into JZM and told them what was going on at 4pm on a Friday, and Coleman immediately stopped what he was doing to look at the issue and fixed the problem in less than 3 mins. He was absolutely amazing/nice/patient. What a class act! Highly recommend this place!

I am extremely leary of letting anyone touch one of my cars. And have a hard time trying out new tire shops or mechanic shops. Well, let me relieve your worry! JZM is not only professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They are my go to shop on the west side of Hendersonville. I can now say there are 3 shops in all of Henderson county that I trust 100%. Good job JZM. And thank you Coleman for being very thorough with a new customer.

For tires wheels and brakes, and other types of vehicle maintenance don’t bother going anywhere else; call JZM first. They installed a new radiator in my son’s 96 Mazda B3000 and no more leaks! Then we decided to upsize the wheels and tires on his Mazda from 14” to 15” and that little truck is super sweet now! Good prices and great service 5 stars all the way!

Fast friendly service done right. I recommend making an appointment, They can cycle you in if you just show up. I had a split valve stem and I just showed up, they fixed it and didn't charge me since I had to wait for an hour. I would have happily paid for it, they are just a great group of skilled people
