The manager is rude and doesn't respect the employees. She keeps harassing the young employees that are in school. telling them to deal with their schedule, not her problem they're in school and if they don't like it to face termination.

Grocery delivery issue, no help from chat, no help from the store, no answers. Really needed the order as my wife was sick and I had kids to feed. They just cancelled the order and now I have to wait who knows how long for a refund. Canceling Walmart +. Customer service here is atrocious.
Update: tried another delivery order for groceries and had the same thing happened again. Don't waste your money on Walmart+ and take your business elsewhere if you want competent service.

Order Delivery delayed for 2 days and no explanation. I waited and changed my schedule to get this order. After the second reschedule did not occur, I cancelled order. This is not a satisfactory service, communication must be improved.

I had a disappointing experience at the Walmart in Erwin, NC. The management is terrible and does not seem to value their staff at all. It’s disheartening to see employees being treated poorly, which ultimately affects customer service. The environment felt negative, and it was clear that morale is low among the team. I believe a store's success depends on the well-being of its staff, and this location clearly needs improvement in how they treat their employees.

Worst Walmart I’ve visited. The only positive was Ruby at the door—she was kind, professional, and deserves a raise.
The rest of the experience was frustrating. There was a line of six people just to exit, with only one greeter checking receipts. If theft is a concern, more door coverage is needed. Customers who follow the rules shouldn’t be stuck waiting like that.
There was also a misleading sign near the beer that said sales start at 11 a.m. on Sunday, with no date listed. When I mentioned it to the cashier, I was met with a condescending attitude instead of a simple acknowledgment. I later noticed the sign had been removed, which I appreciated.
To make matters worse, the price of a six-pack of Bold Rock cider jumped from $12 to $20 between transactions. No one could explain why, and the employee seemed uninterested in helping. I had to cancel the purchase and start over for the third time that day.
I’m from Southwest Virginia and I’ve never experienced anything like this at a store. Check your receipts carefully and expect delays.

I'm not one who usually complains but I had such an unpleasant experience this morning in your store it was early and perhaps The employee was tired but part of The pharmacy area was roped off I asked an employee not in this area how I was suppose to get an item that was behind The roped area she Said go to pharmacy and they can help well when I approached The Lady in The pharmacy she Said she couldn't help in fact she wanted to know what I meant by roped off. I was embarrassed and Left please inform your employees how to gingerly help I do not want to get any one in trouble but regardless if its our Job we must try to help
