After church in Charlotte I called my pharmacy and Elizabeth at CVS was able to get my various meds by the time we arrived there in Emerald Isle. So thankful

“I like it a lot better than MHC pharmacy. I had some issues for years (quite awhile ago, years ago. Like 6 years ago) at MHC Walmart with medicinal count being wrong and them misplacing my adhd script & then telling me it was not being produced anymore (it was, my doctor was not an imbecile) and after that a few people were arrested there for stealing medicine.I switched to Newport and haven’t had an issue for years and the pharmacist has been the same, does his job correctly, I have never had to have them count out my medicine for me.5/5 attentive and polite and professional”
“So glad they are taking my insurance again. Just left the Dr office and only had to wait 5 minutes on my meds. Total opposite of the other drug store I was using that has too many customers and not enough staff. The staff could often get short tempered which I didn't appreciate as a customer.”
“I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you to the staff at this pharmacy. Honestly every time we’ve had an issue with a medication possibly not being in stock, they have gone above & beyond. My dog is on a medication that a lot of pharmacy’s don’t particularly carry, and it’s not one that we order off of our veterinary’s online pharmacy, so we get it filled at Walmart. This is the second time that I feel they have really shown that they care, when they could’ve just done the bare minimum.
So they had to order his medication and I was told it wouldn’t be in until Tuesday, which it’s Saturday now, and he hasn’t had his medication since last Thursday night. ? so it’s been a a bit of a struggle to think about what he may be going through mentally without the medication.
He’s being great, but it still messes with me to know that he could be in withdrawal. Anyways, so they’ve called twice since I’d spoken to them earlier, and they got the medication in earlier than expected! They very well could’ve just waited to let us know etc, but they obviously knew how stressed I was about this, and I’m just so thankful that they seem to care enough to put in that little bit of effort to put our minds at ease about when it would be here.
That’s all! Thank you Walmart pharmacy. It means so much to me as a pet parent to know that you’re doing all you can to get him his medication. I appreciate you guys so much!”
“Love the Walgreens in Cape Carteret county! They are well stocked and there pharmacists are knowledgeable and the staff that work with the pharmacist are courteous as well as knowledgeable!”
“My husband and I went in this evening for our Flu shots at 5:00 and realized quickly this was such a busy time. We sat and listened to the abuse so many of the customers gave them because either their meds were not ready or the insurance wasn't paying and even that a physician needed calling because the script wasn't correct. The pharmacist who gave us our vaccinations was so kind and full of information for us even though he was so busy and kept apologizing for the delay.My heart went out to all of them. They all need a gold star that's for sure!! I'm glad they are the pharmacy we use!”
